Terms & Conditions
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details
that are needed to complete the order. We also offer our customers a choice of secure transaction processors,
Paypal and Nochex. Card holders with an existing Paypal account may find it quicker to use Paypal, however,
both card processors offer the same level of service and security.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment by Cheque,
Bank Transfer (BACS), or Paypal invoice. Please contact us separately by either telephone or email, advising us
of your requirements and we will be pleased to provide the necessary payment details.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct
the mistake.
When email confirmation of your order is received from us, it confirms that we have received your order.
However, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and
hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case
that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to
supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to
ensure that the price is acceptable.

Product Suitability
Whilst The Dye Shop takes reasonable care to provide clear, accurate product information, it is the customer’s

products are purchased at the customer’s risk, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay return postage for
unused products should they not be appropriate for his or her requirements. Please see our Returns Policy for

Free of charge on All Orders!
For further information on delivery times please read our Delivery Schedule below.
Delivery Schedule
We start processing your order without delay and will normally send it to you by same day dispatch if ordered by
1pm. UK orders are usually received within 2-3 business days following dispatch. Mainland European and
Southern Ireland orders are sent by International Standard mail and are generally received in under 7 days.
Worldwide orders to destinations outside the UK, Southern Ireland, or mainland Europe, are normally sent by
International Economy mail unless otherwise agreed.
You must inform us within seven working days of receipt if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we
can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. It is the responsibility of the
customer to provide the correct delivery address. Undelivered goods which are correctly addressed are assumed
lost after 30 days following dispatch, at which time a full refund will be paid. Please quote your order number in
all correspondence.
The Dye Shop, its employees, and carriers are not responsible for any additional loss or damage beyond the
value of the ordered products of any kind sustained by any person as a result of purchasing its products.
Tax Charges

these charges in the destination countries where they are made.
